CargoLens currently supports sea freight — including Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), Bulk, and Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo). Support for air, rail, and road freight is on our roadmap.

Yes. The cargo wizard includes a dedicated dangerous goods flow. You can enter IMO class, UN number, proper shipping name, and other DG details. Required documents like the DG Declaration are automatically flagged.

The Starter plan supports up to 5 team members. Professional and Enterprise plans support unlimited team members. All plans include role-based access control (admin and member roles).

Yes. CargoLens uses industry-standard security: encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated API access, role-based permissions, and full multi-tenancy isolation. Your company data is never visible to other organizations.

Spreadsheet import is on our roadmap. Currently, you can create shipments through the guided wizard or duplicate existing shipments to quickly set up new ones.
